Join us on Friday, May 2 at 11:30 a.m. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the new Farmhouse Garden Center at Daniel Stowe Conservancy. Visitors will find a variety of home gardening needs both inside the Farmhouse and in the garden spaces surrounding the building. Peruse plants, seeds, pots and tools along with gardening books, gifts and supplies, such as home and yard decor. The Farmhouse Garden Center embraces a rustic, charming feel, from the classic Farmhouse kitchen space to a jewel-toned, moody room to kick back and relax. To achieve our brand promise of helping all discover their path to nature, Daniel Stowe Conservancy will also offer a variety of horticulture and gardening classes to the public to help you make your home garden as vibrant as our beautiful Gardens.
The Farmhouse Garden Center, The Trailhead Store, trails and dog park make up what is now known as The Village at Stowe, an exciting space at the second entrance of the property to hike, eat, drink, shop and socialize. Opening The Farmhouse Garden Center was the next natural step to making unforgettable outdoor experiences more accessible to our visitors and provides plenty of opportunities for growing your green thumb.
