Mona’s Boutique & Gifts is relocating to former credit union space in McAdenville

Mona’s Boutique & Gifts at 115 Main Street in McAdenville is making a big move but only a short distance, relocating next door to the space formerly occupied by Truliant Federal Credit Union.
 
A grand opening is set for March 6, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m, and a Montcross Area Chamber ribbon cutting will take place at 9:30 a.m. The shop will close for a few days to make the move.
 
After three and a half years in its first location, the boutique was ready to grow, says owner Mona Fore. The new space at 121 Main Street will provide an additional 700 square feet for new product lines. “We’re keeping our rustic charm, while adding a touch of industrial modern,” she said.
 
Creative Solutions Special Events is assisting with the grand opening, which will feature discount specials, hourly giveaways, door prizes and refreshments.
 
“We’re so thankful during this year of pandemic and facing so many obstacles that our community has supported us and we are able to make this move,” Fore said.
